Long lets are
available at a reduced rate.
All prices include
linen and towels.
In the event of an
early departure or a reservation being cancelled,
the following charges become payable by the guest:-
More than 42 days -
deposit only
29 - 42 - 50%
7 - 28 - 75%
1 - 6 - 100%
A refund will be made to guest if any part of
cancelled booking is re-let.
We strongly recommend
you take out holiday insurance to cover any
unforeseen circumstances.
Balance of booking is
due on arrival.
The proprietors
cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or
damage to personal possessions or personal accident
whilst on the premises.
